A warm welcome to the Katatumba Academy. Katatumba Academy is a school that offers national curriculum based on international standards. It is located in Mbarara Municiparity, Mbarara district in Western Uganda. Katatumba Academy educates nearly 1000 students, aged 4 to 18, who represent over 10 different nations, and is situated on 5 Km Kabale road.

The Katatumba Academy was founded in 1984, by G. W. Katatumba (who is now the Chairman of the school), in memory of his father, the late J. B. Katatumba following his tragic death during the Amin regime in Uganda, in September 1979.
